  1. The tenant and operator Proche Apartments s.r.o., provides subleases including agreed services in this residential building for an agreed period of time.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Before starting the accommodation, the client is obliged to fill in and sign the registration form and get acquainted with the accommodation rules.<\/span><\/li>
  3. The apartments are available for move-in from 2:00 A.M., on the day of the end of the stay the client is obliged to vacate the apartment by 11:00 A.M<\/span><\/li>
  4. Extensions must be arranged in advance and are subject to additional charges.<\/span><\/li>
  5. The subtenant is obliged to pay the agreed rent upon presentation of the bill unless otherwise agreed.<\/span><\/li>
  6. Proche Apartments s.r.o. is not responsible for money and valuables stored freely in the apartments.<\/span><\/li>
  7. It is not allowed to move any equipment or interfere with the electrical network at will in the apartments.<\/span><\/li>
  8. For safety reasons, only electrical appliances that are for personal use may be used in the apartments.<\/span><\/li>
  9. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to leave children under 10 years old without adult supervision in the apartment and other common areas of the Malostransk\u00e1 Residence.<\/span><\/li>
  10. Dogs and other animals can only be accommodated by arrangement for a specified fee and provided they do not disturb other guests.<\/span><\/li>
  11. In the event of illness or injury to the tenant, medical assistance or transport to hospital will be provided. The subtenant is responsible for the costs associated with this.<\/span><\/li>
  12. During the period from 22.00 to 08.00, subtenants are obliged to observe night-time quiet.<\/span><\/li>
  13. The subtenant is liable for damages caused in the rented apartment or elsewhere in the Malostransk\u00e1 Residencia in accordance with applicable law.<\/span><\/li>
  14. The subtenant is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Accommodation Regulations, otherwise Proche Apartments s.r.o. is entitled to cancel the sublease agreement at any time.<\/span><\/li>
  15. Guests visiting or staying overnight must show identification. In this case, Proche Apartments s.r.o. is entitled to charge the Guest additional costs associated with the stay. Proche Apartments s.r.o. reserves the right to deny the above Persons access to the accommodation or to stay overnight in any case without justification.<\/span><\/li>
  16. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes, candles, scented sticks and essential oils are prohibited. These activities will be considered smoking, and the Guest will be fined and may be evicted without refund. If a member of the Proche Apartments s.r.o. team catches a Guest smoking in the building (outside designated areas - balcony, courtyard) or finds evidence of smoking, a fee of EUR 200 will be charged immediately.<\/span><\/li>
  17. Guests must make the rented apartment available to the operator in case of need or necessary repairs.<\/span><\/li>
  18. There is a Wish and Complaint Book in the house<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
