Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

  • No, all apartments including the building are strictly non-smoking.

 

What are the reception opening hours?

  • The reception is open every day from 9 am to 9 pm.

 

What time can I check in and what time do I need to leave the apartment?

  • Check-in is possible between 2 pm and 9 pm. Check-out from the apartment is between 9 - 11am.

 

Is it possible to arrive or depart earlier or later than the scheduled time?

  • Yes, it can be individually arranged for earlier/later departure or arrival. This service may incur a charge and must be confirmed at least 36 hours in advance.

 

Do you provide luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures?

  • Yes, it is possible to store your luggage free of charge during reception opening hours. 

 

Is WI-FI available?

  • Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available.

 

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

  • Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Please contact us for more information. 

 

Do you provide room service?

  • Yes, daily room service is included. 

 

What is the refundable security deposit?

  • The refundable security deposit is EUR 100/apartment. 

 

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

  • No, breakfast at the partner café can be purchased on site. 

 

Is parking available and what is the cost?

  • We offer street parking for 550Kč/day, or parking in the garage for 895Kč/day. Due to limited capacity, advance reservations are required. 

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

  • You can pay in cash CZK or EUR, or by credit card (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa)

 

Is the kitchen equipped with utensils?

  • Yes, each kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine.

 

Is it possible to buy capsules for the coffee machine?

  • Several capsules are ready for each stay. Additional capsules can be purchased. Teas of several kinds are available free of charge.

 

Are there towels and a hairdryer in the bathroom?

  • Yes, there is a hairdryer, hand towel and bath towel in the bathroom for each guest.

 

Do the apartments have a washing machine?

  • The Executive Suites, Presidential Suite and Penthouse have a washing machine. Iron and ironing board are available. The hotel's laundry service is available for a fee. 

 

Can I use Netflix on the TV?

  • Yes, all TVs support streaming apps. Satellite streaming is not available.

 

How can I book a stay with you?

  • You can book your stay online on our website or by emailing our reservations department at info@malostranskaresidence.com. 

 

Can I pay for my stay on the spot?

  • Yes, but for every reservation a credit card pre-authorization is made prior to arrival. It is then possible to choose the form of payment according to your preferences on the spot. 

 

What are the cancellation fees?

  • In case of cancellation less than 5 days before arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Non-refundable bookings are always subject to a 100% cancellation fee. 

 

Is Malostranská Residence wheelchair accessible?

  • No, unfortunately our facilities are not suitable for wheelchair users.
